1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ew9999 website, accessible at ew9999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any of its features — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games and other digital gaming products — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ew9999 Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ew9999.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "Site" — the ew9999 website at ew9999.cam, including all pages, features, games and services accessible thereon.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a User to access the Platform's features and place wagers.
• "User" / "Player" — any natural person who registers an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, or other eligible gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other permitted currency value held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited winnings or bonuses.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a User's Account subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawals or under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — account-level controls including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available to registered Users.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory or jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is unlawful, restricted or requires a licence not held by ew9999.

3. Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the ew9999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or applicable local law — whichever is greater. Reaching the age of 18 does not by itself make gambling lawful in all jurisdictions, including Pakistan.
2. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under applicable local law.
3. You must be registering as an individual natural person on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts and agents acting on behalf of third parties are not permitted to register Accounts.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account restriction that would prevent your participation.
5. You must not have had a previous Account closed or suspended by ew9999 for breach of these Terms.
6. You must not be a director, employee, consultant or contractor of ew9999 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form, including a valid email address, date of birth and any other details required to complete KYC verification. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple or otherwise associated Accounts by a single User is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate Accounts are identified, ew9999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any outstanding Bonus Funds and review the eligibility of any winnings generated across those Accounts.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ew9999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must notify ew9999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. ew9999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or other currencies as made available by the Platform. The account currency is selected at registration and cannot typically be changed thereafter. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by ew9999 and may include a spread.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

The payment methods available for deposits are displayed in the Platform's live cashier section. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum deposit amounts, transaction fees and processing times vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced here for general context only; ew9999 does not represent that any specific method is permanently available or that these providers endorse gambling transactions.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ew9999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used. Deposits made in breach of this condition may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum balance threshold must be met before a withdrawal request is processed; the applicable minimum is displayed in the cashier.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. This includes submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier. ew9999 does not guarantee specific processing times, which depend on third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to meeting all applicable wagering requirements as set out in the specific promotional terms for each bonus.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ew9999 operates in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, to withhold withdrawals pending enhanced due diligence and to close Accounts where fraudulent or money-laundering activity is suspected. The submission of false documentation constitutes a criminal offence.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ew9999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, reload bonuses, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All such promotions are subject to their individual terms, which will be published alongside each offer and incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. These requirements and any eligible games are detailed in each promotion's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirement completion. Sports bets, slots, live dealer games and table games may carry different contribution rates.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the specific promotional terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: ew9999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any associated winnings and close any Account where bonus abuse, matched betting using bonus funds, or exploitation of promotional terms is identified.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, device, IP address or payment method.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

ew9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any wager at its discretion, including in circumstances where a User has exceeded posted limits, where odds have been posted in error, where match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are suspected, or where technical errors have affected markets.

7.2 Odds & Market Errors

In the event that an error in odds or market information is identified — whether before or after settlement — ew9999 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake to the User's Account. No compensation will be payable for winnings that would have been generated from manifestly erroneous odds.

7.3 Game Results

The outcome of all digital games — including slots, table games, live dealer sessions and instant games — is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by trained croupiers. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. ew9999 will investigate genuine technical complaints and may offer resolution at its discretion.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

ew9999 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, device failure or other technical issues on the User's side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game and the outcome is materially affected, ew9999 will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. Users are encouraged to maintain stable internet connections when participating.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit Platform features.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Abusing the Platform's bonus structure, including through matched betting using promotional funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using third-party payment methods or depositing funds belonging to another person.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ew9999 support staff or other users.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Any breach of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gambling

ew9999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available in your Account settings and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when you have been active on the Platform for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders of time spent and amount wagered in a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ew9999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game titles, user interface designs and software — is the exclusive property of ew9999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written consent from ew9999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ew9999, its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with applicable local law, including gambling laws in Pakistan or your jurisdiction.
• Technical failures, service interruptions or data loss caused by events outside ew9999's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages or force majeure events.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game studios or technology vendors.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by ew9999

ew9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms or applicable promotional terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity fraud or match manipulation.
• Provision of false information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple Account creation.
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Any conduct that ew9999 reasonably considers detrimental to the Platform, other users or the integrity of gaming.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ew9999 support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to normal procedures and any remaining Balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements.

13. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ew9999 holds its operational licence. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

ew9999 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users access the Platform at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws. Specifically, ew9999 does not claim any licence, approval or authorisation from any Pakistani government body, including the PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial gaming authority.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ew9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
